This short-term relationship package is suitable for couples who:

Understanding your relationship dynamic
We begin by exploring what has brought you to therapy and identifying the negative cycles and patterns that keep repeating between you.
Recognising your own role in the relationship
Couples often become focused on each other’s faults. Therapy helps shift the focus from blame to awareness.
We will explore:
This creates greater empathy, accountability and understanding.
Managing conflict differently
Conflict itself is not the problem — it’s how couples manage it.
You will learn practical strategies to:
The goal is not to “win” arguments but to feel safer and more connected during difficult moments.
Improving communication and emotional connection
Many couples stop truly hearing each other.
This session focuses on:
Small changes in communication can significantly shift the tone of a relationship.
Exploring intimacy and your physical relationship
Physical intimacy is often deeply connected to emotional safety, stress, resentment and communication.
This session offers a sensitive and respectful space to explore:
Moving forward together
In the final session we review the work we’ve done and focus on sustaining change beyond therapy.
You will leave with:

It’s about understanding what has happened between you and finding a different way forward.
Couples often arrive feeling hopeless, angry or disconnected. But with support, insight and commitment, relationships can change in meaningful ways.
If your relationship feels painful, disconnected or stuck, therapy can help you understand what’s happening and begin making meaningful changes together.

Six Session Couples Programme
Sessions are 50 minutes and can be held:
A free initial phone consultation is available before booking.
Is six sessions enough?
For some couples, a focused short-term approach is enough to create significant change and break destructive patterns. Others may decide they would benefit from longer-term work afterwards. This programme is designed to give couples structure, momentum and practical tools within a contained timeframe.
Do we need to be in crisis to come?
No. Many couples benefit from therapy before problems become unmanageable. The earlier issues are addressed, the easier they are often to resolve.
What if we argue during sessions?
Conflict is completely normal in couples therapy. Sessions provide a safe and supported environment to understand what’s happening underneath the arguments and learn different ways of responding.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how therapy works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to therapy, how it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
You can also call me on 07894666564 if you would prefer to leave a message or speak to me first. I am happy to discuss any queries or questions you may have prior to arranging an initial appointment.
All enquires are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential and uses secure phone and email services.
